Placed on ceilings in the middle of rooms. Detects the prescence of smoke in the room and sends an alert.
The RNID Smoke Alarm Kit is designed exclusively for deaf and hard of hearing people. If a fire is detected the smoke alarm sounds, the strobe light flashes, the under pillow pad vibrates and a radio signal is transmitted to initiate a smoke alarm.
