Using computers

The types of AT covered here are mostly software which run on computers to enable the user to make use of computers

Adjust Mouse properties

Allows the user to change the way a mouse or equivalent pointer responds to movement and button operation, or how the pointer appears on the screen

Educational applications

Often in the form of games, these numerous applications facilitate learning

Enhanced standard input devices

Gives some people who have difficulties with standard input devices the ability to operate a computer

Integrated system

Gives the user the ability to operate at least two out of : computer applications, environmental controls, mobility devices, voice output communication

On screen keyboards

Allows a person to write text without using a physical keyboard
