Bogus caller
Allows someone to call for help if they in doubt about anyone visiting their home. These products are usually placed near the door.
Usually wall mounted in the hallway alongside the front door. When activated it will initiate a 'silent dial' alarm call to the Control Centre via the SayPhone 21 unit.

The button allows the person to call for assistance from a monitoring centre operator if they fear that an intruder or bogus caller is trying to gain access into the property.
A bogus caller/panic button, installed next to the front door or bed-side, allows the person raise an alarm if they fear that an intruder or bogus caller is trying to gain access to their property.
